1. Login to cPanel of the Email Plan using the link:https://secure.lightningbase.com/index.php/knowledgebase/6/How-to-Access-cPanel.html
2. Under Email section click on "Email filters" where you can find your email accounts.
3. Click on "Manage" option next to the email account for which you want to add the filter.
4. Click on create new filter
5. Add filter name and rules for the filter
6. Click on create
