Can I add email accounts for my Sub-domains?

Yes, it is possible. Provided, the corresponding domain must have email plan activated at our end.

To add email accounts for subdomains, follow the steps given below:

1. Log into cPanel of the corresponding email plan under which the sub-domain resides https://secure.lightningbase.com/index.php/knowledgebase/6/How-to-Access-cPanel.html

Eg: If you are planning to add email account for "sub.domain.com", then access the cPanel of the email plan "domain.com"

2. Click on "Sub-domains" under "Domains" and make sure that the sub-domain is added here too. If not, add it. (Enter the Sub-domain name and click on Create).

3. Click on "Email accounts" under "Email"

4. Choose the sub-domain from dropdown and enter the email account name as per your need, Enter the password, Quota.

5. Click on Create Account.
