How do you sync a staging site back to the live site for domains at Lightningbase?

Our staging setup allows you to sync a staging site to the live site, overwriting the existing content on the live site. This process ensures that all changes made in the staging environment are successfully deployed to production. The sync process replaces the content of the installed application on the live site with the content from the staging site.

- Log in to cPanel using the link:https://secure.lightningbase.com/index.php/knowledgebase/6/How-to-Access-cPanel.html
- Navigate to the "WordPress Installer" section within cPanel.
- Select the main (live) site you want to update and check the box next to it.
- Scroll down and click the circling-arrow 'sync' button.
- On the next screen, make sure the 'Source' location is the staging site. (The site you want to copy content from to the main site).
- If there is anything you do not want to sync, un-check it (if you're doing a full copy, the default here should be fine).
- At the bottom, disable the backup by selecting 'No, do not create a backup before performing the sync.' (The JetBackup system will already have a backup, and this prevents unnecessary storage usage.)
- Click 'Sync. '
