1. Using cPanel File Manager
- Log in to your cPanel account:
- Navigate to the "File Manager" under the Files section.
- Once in the File Manager, navigate through your directories on the left panel and select where you want to upload your files.
- Click on the Upload button at the top of the File Manager window. In the upload window, click on Select File to choose the file(s) you want to upload from your computer. Once selected, the files will start uploading.
- After uploading, navigate back to your chosen directory to confirm that your files are present.
2. Using FileZilla
- Ensure that you have FileZilla installed on your computer. Open the application once it's installed.
- Connect to Your FTP Server: Enter your FTP server details in the top bar.
Host: Your domain name or IP address.
Username: Your FTP username.
Password: Your FTP password.
Port: Usually, this is 21 for FTP.
- Click on Quickconnect to connect to your server.
- In the FTP client, the left side of the window shows files on your local machine, and the right side shows the server’s directories.
- Drag and drop the files or folders into the correct directory on the right (the server).
- The upload will begin, and you can monitor the progress in the FTP client.
- Once the upload is complete, check the server directory to confirm that the files have been uploaded.
