How to Download a Full Account Backup using Jetbackup 5 ?

1) Log in to cPanel

2) Scroll down through your cPanel and find the Files section, then open JetBackup 5.

3) Once Jetbackup 5 interface opens, search for the Restore & Download option and click 'Full Backups'

JetBackup 5 > Restore & Downloads > Full Backups

 

4) A restore option for the whole account backup will appear. By choosing on the backup date you want to restore, you may then scroll down the page and select the Download button.

JetBackup 5 > Restore > Choose Restore Date > Click 'Download' button

5) You'll see a list of things to download. Leave them all chosen, then click Download chosen Items to download every component of a cPanel Account.

6)  A download queue will be created for the chosen account. When the download is finished, a success message will appear in the top right corner.

7)  Click the Downloads button on the left menu to access your downloads.

Just look for the download you want to save to your computer and click the Download button. The file will be saved to your computer.
