How can I open a trouble ticket?

Please perform the followings to open a trouble ticket.


1. Log into the client area at https://secure.lightningbase.com

2. Click on Open tickets tab at top.

3. Click on Service for questions/issues regarding our service and help with our control panel Or Click on Billing for Questions regarding invoices and payment.

4. Enter subject and fill details.

5. Click on Submit.
